For those of you who don’t already know, I decided to join the world of Twitter. This new tool will give me a chance to share my brief thoughts on design to a even broader audience. So far I’ve written 4 design related tweets. If you are so inclined you can follow me here.

Good David, that you won’t slow down… I probably wont slow down on my comments either way
By that way, have you read the discussion following you’re post “The keyboard you helped design”?
It’s actually still active, on the Fn Ctrl issue of course, with the best idea so far posted just yesterday: put them together!

Why did you once cut the corner? I did not notice that design change. I like the trimmed corner: it is one of the many angular old design details. It mirrors “IBM ThinkPad” in the opposite corner. Looking at my X30 closed from the side, the bottom front edge has a simillar 45-degree cut (the bottom sides are trimmed like that, too, but not as pronounced). I absolutely love the “one trimmed corner” look. And today, Nintendo’s Wii looks very good with it.
